Whirlpool Stainless Steel, Bottom Loading Commercial Water Dispenser Water Cooler, with Ice Chilled Water Cooling Technology and Steaming Hot Water

I bought this cooler based on the reviews. We have used it for approx. 2 weeks and are very happy with its performance. This is the first water cooler I have owned and therefore have nothing to compare it to. The water cooler looks well made; it is sleek and unobstrusive. It was very easy to set up and install. The bottom loading feature was a key reason I bought this cooler. Another key factor was that the cooler dispenses both room temperature and cold water as I prefer to drink room temp water. The hot water is hot but not hot enough for me for tea; I prefer to boil the water in a kettle. My son and his girlfriend drink hot water and use the water from the dispenser. The child lock safety feature works well. The pump is a bit noisy but that is not a big deal as my fridge too makes a noise.

This was purchased for a small office of 6. This is such an improvement over our old water dispenser! The water comes out in a nice healthy steam and the hot is hot and the cold is cold. If does make a sound when it is pumping the water up but it is only for a few seconds and it's not very loud. It is easy to change the water bottles and so nice that you don't have to lift it up-you just slide it in. The entire office is very pleased

Very nice and sleek design. Super easy set up which includes taking the thing out of the box, extending the hose thing and inserting it in the water jug. I was thinking the top of the hose adapter had to click in but it just rests on top of the jug. I had read mixed reviews about the noise level and mine seems to be a bit loud but it's only when I'm pouring water into my water bottle and the noise is only for about 20 seconds, so I can deal with that. I also liked that it's relatively light and me (female) am able to move it around with ease. Overall, good product and would recommend.

We were looking for an alternative to bottled water, and something to encourage me to drink more water. This water cooler does both! It's perfect for what we needed and not too expensive. Setup was quick and easy! Just unbox, add water, plug it in! That's it! Get ready for instant hot cocoa and ramen! And I personally love that it has the room temp water button, since that's my preferred water drinking temperature. It only gets loud when you initially turn it on, since it has to pull water from the bottle to its heating and cooling tanks, but it's quick and not too loud. It's nicer looking than the plain plastic water coolers and easy to clean! It has also become one of my cats favorite perches, so I enclosed a pic of Shadow enjoying his new people watching spot. We are extremely happy with our purchase, and Whirlpool is such a good brand. I definitely recommend this water dispenser!

I bought this about 2 months ago and so far has worked amazing! The hot water is very hot and the cold water is cold. Its for the most part very quiet. Changing the water bottles is also super easy. I did notice 2 things that are a bit of annoyance. The fountain light always stays on. You cannot turn it off. Its not a bright light but it would be nice to be able to turn it off. The other thing is that the alarm that beeps when the water runs out does not turn off either unless you keep the door open or replace the water. Again not a big deal. Overall my family has really enjoyed this product.

This cooler is is not self cleaning. It has a hot, cold, and room temp. tap. It will take a few days to form the ice block for the "ice cold" tap. All three taps pour quickly so you don't have to wait long to fill a tall glass. Lastly, the unit is pretty noisy for use in a home. You'll know when the chiller is running. Noise aside, I like the unit and I would buy it again.

I bought this product to reduce the cases of bottled water I bought and to save fridge room; success on both fronts. I love the fact that it's a bottom loader because it's easier to change the water bottles. I also love the fact that the water comes in three temperatures and I can choose to use all three or turn some off. Great product

The unit has a good water flow rate, relatively quiet refrigeration and heater, and the water is taste free. Not being able to boil the water in the hot water side makes for slightly less than ideal teas. The pump is a bit loud, but runs for very little time and only when in use. But then my kitchen faucet also makes noise too. Seems like a good package for the money, initially. Time will tell if it is also durable.

The thing I do not like about it is the buttons, It is too noisy when I let my finger off the button. The hose is too short as well, a gallon of water not coming up because the length of the hose is above that amount of water. Still keeping it because I m tired of top loading cooler.
