[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an 18 year old Whirlpool dishwasher that was reaching life expectancy - but still operated. The reliability of this unit strongly influenced our family's choice to purchase another Whirlpool. Self installed and had no issues - the water connection had changed based on our previous model. New unit is very quiet and cleaning all dishes extremely well - happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. I have only had it for one month. This dishwasher is extremely quiet—you barely know it’s running. Dishes come out clean and dry. The only disappointment is that although my model was advertised as having folding tines in both the top and bottom racks, the bottom rack does not have folding tines. This feature was one of the main reasons I chose this model, and the display model did include folding tines in both racks.

The crazy thing is when the cycle is done the dishes and inside of the dishwasher are not all dry. Our old dishwasher did a much better job drying and it was very old. They just dont make things the way they used to.

Always a learning curve when changing appliance brands. The dishwasher is a bit loud at the beginning of the cycle, but otherwise is quiet and drys thoroughly. Rinse aid indicator is difficult to interpret.

It was difficult to find and be able to download a manual, without using chat GPT. The soap loading was very very confusing...after hrs of search on whirlpool videos and paper work.....I finally asked chat GPT is the prewah the same container as the regular (which they said no) so I fianlly asked do you just put soap on the outside of the main container, then said yes...........

They got smart about the awful wheels on the bottom drawer that kept falling off and mad them permanent. Just wished my top drawer worked correctly. I can still load it, I just can’t pull it out to load or empty.
