(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this dishwasher about a month ago. It is amazing and I love the third rack. I don't have to worry about small items falling to the bottom, the large knives, and other utensils are perfect on that rack. The machine is very quiet as well.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am very pleased with my new Whirlpool dishwasher. I had a "kitchenaid" brand that came with my home, (only 8 years old) but it was time for a change, as it did not clean well or dry well, and had too many functions!!! Even on the quick wash selection all items in the Whirlpool washer come out clean and thoroughly dried. My cutlery has never looked better; no wiping with a towel or rust spots! It is also very quiet, much more so that my Kitchenaid or before that, a Bosch. I was surprised how quiet I found it to be. I went back to white outside finish, which I enjoy, rather than stainless steel too. I am a senior and I hope this is my last dishwasher purchase because it outlasts me lol!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought this a month ago - in stock at a local store. This replaced a Kenmore washer that also had a third rack. The rack placements are different but not all that difficult to get used to. It's quiet and so far has done a great job for us.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've been very happy with the cleaning quality of this dishwasher; Sensor Cycle - Hi temp wash - Sani Rinse is my go-to set up and hasn't let me down. The top rack fits most cutlery well and is very convenient. The extra space of not needing the cutlery tray in the lower rack is great, but I'm glad to have the tray in case I need it. The dishwasher is easy to use and feels like a solid build.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We've been using the machine for about a month now. It works great. It has an adjustable shelf and an upper silverware tray. The silverware tray makes it quite easy to load and unload. It look great in stainless steel and its pretty quiet.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought a month ago and it is washes well. The configuration of the top rack is could be better designed. It would be nice to have the option to sanitize with a quick wash. Installation was straight forward and relatively simple, watch the video link as it's helpful.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Dishes need to be rinsed well before being put into the dishwasher. This is not as great as my previous Bosch Dishwasher. This is what came with her brand new home and for the time being it works. It will probably be traded out soon.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought this dishwasher a month ago, it's definitely noisier that the Kitchen Aid that it replaced. It does get the dishes clean and dry which was the main goal as the one replacing was not getting the job done. Overall decent. My only real complaint is the silverware rack. The advertising for this model shows a three piece rack one of the main reasons we bought this model. It came with a one piece rack that doesn't even fit in the space. Called customer service and tried to explain to them. She finally got what I was asking for I thought. She sent me a new rack that is exactly the same as the original rack! Still waiting to get this issue resolved but as of now no luck , getting very frustrated.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We have been experiencing Drain problem error codes since the unit was installed. The Appliance Pros warranty technician further damaged our cupboards when he moved a drain line cupboard. The drain pump has now been replaced, but we still don't know if the problem has been resolved. The service technician - who has been at our residence twice - has been far less than thorough in investigating the error code problems, and seems to be in a hurry to leave our residence versus ensuring that the problem is resolved.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) After using the brand new dishwasher once, it stopped working with different 3 error codes. The person came and said they need to order a part. Still waiting for the part after 2 months and still have not used our brand new dishwasher properly. Apparently this model has had a lot of issues. I wanted to change this to a new model and not wait for the part, but that request was denied.
