[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this appliance recently and am so glad that I did! the shipping was quick and they kept me updated the entire time very well. I need to get a new fridge and will definitely be using whirlpool for that now as well!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so delighted with the many, and simple to operate, features included in this Stove/Range. So glad we went with you.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it is a nice range. It holds an oven temperature. My only con is the glass top. I am meticulous when it comes to cleaning the top . I use the cleaning solution that came with the stove. As careful as I am with cookware and cleaning it, it still will scratch. So that is my only complaint
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] purchased 2 weeks ago so far everything works good panels are a little thin and could be damaged pretty easy bottom drawer is really lite duty and not worth much for storing many heavy pans the ads said self cleaning and steam so we assumed it had the option of a lite steam clean or a full high heat cleaning but it only has the steam clean cycle which i dot feel cleans like the full self clean cycle as far as cooking on the range top or in the oven they both work fine so far and the finish looks very nice if it holds up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot get the steam clean to work. I need a manual for this. How to do find it on your website/
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were super happy when we bought our new Whirlpool range, the appearance of the appliances is top notch and the stove top works to perfection. The stove part of the range has a few characteristics that are less than desirable. When we first received our range, we were cooking Christmas cookies and they didn't come out right because the stove was not holding temp. Also when you turn on the stove, it makes a squeaking noise that is quite annoying. We had a tech come out and he said that the stove is holding temp but can fluctuate any where from 20 degrees up to 30 degrees down which made me scratch my head. He also said that the squeaking was because it was a new unit. I have been cooking in restaurants and at home for many years and have never heard either excuse before!!
I just had this delivered and as I was pulling the packing stickers off, I noticed the oven door gasket is not attached fully. It appears the front panel was not lined up correctly and it has skewed the front, causing the gasket clips to pop out. The stainless steel front panel was also coming off. I was able to press it back but I'm not sure how long it will hold up... Theres also a “popping” noise when I open and close the door. It feels like the hinge on one side slips as it pops. I like the look and the price of this stove. But I haven't had a chance to use it yet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range about 3 months ago. Compared to my old electric range that I used for many years, the oven preheats very slowly. Bake times are also slower. The cook surface scratches very easily and I do not like that both of the small burners are at the rear of the surface. Additionally, the storage drawer at the bottom is flimsy and too shallow to comfortably contain my pans and their lids like my old range did. I have to be careful what I put at the back of the drawer or lids will fall out the back and slide underneath the drawer. All these are the reasons for the three rating.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] do not use often but bought a few months ago and oven does not hold temperature. Pre heats to correct temp once there oven looses heat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do not like the glass top range. I sold it and purchased a gas range
