It's quiet, water dispenser actually dispenses cold water for a bit and the ice maker keeps up even in high demand times. The adjustable shelves are a plus and with the glass shelves , the led lighting shows all areas of the inside. The water filter works fabulous with great tasting water easily accessible.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We purchased this over a year ago. It's a good fridge but the seal around the doors of the fridge did start to peel off. But when we contacted Whirlpool, they did come and replace it within a day.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This refrigerator performs exactly as advertised. The drawers and shelves gives us the ability to personalize how we arrange our food and bottles. Only complaint would be the top of the water dispenser cover doesn't fit tight to the side of the fridge and needs to be pressed into place occasionally.

The left-hand door, bottom hinge, is not sufficient enough for the weight of the door. Expect to call for service in the first year, because the door has sagged and the hinge plate is rubbing on the freezer drawer top.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Ice maker, ice always falls over on to the ground. Our last freezer never had an issue. The doors don't always close properly unless you push them closed. Not as happy as with our last fridge.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I took receipt on November 25th. Everything was going well until we noticed that the ice dispenser is no longer working. I had registered the purchase and when I logged in to request service on the fridge, the Whirlpool site was not working. I called and was told to contact Appliance Pros to arrange service. After repeating every piece of information at least twice, I was told they have no service technicians in my area and that I should contact my own serviceman and submit the bill for reimbursement. Was given a case # and email address to do so. Frustrating to say the least,?why should I have to pay anything for a defective product? My serviceman comes tomorrow night, so at this time unaware of the outcome. So far not overly excited about this product.

I bought this fridge in June & after 2 months the water dispenser drips through the fridge onto the *new* hardwood floors in the kitchen. Service came,the water filter was replaced, the valve at the back of the fridge was replaced, air was removed from the reservoir and the fridge still leaks. Service came back again and changed the check valve on the reservoir tank, fridge still drips. For now I have had to make my own container inside the fridge to catch the drops so my floor are not ruined . The other option would be to shut off the water to the fridge which defeats the purpose of having paid for a water dispenser and ice maker....very disappointed!.

Review based on the black finish. This refrigerator arrived with scrapes and scratches that went through the protective plastic shrink wrap. The only solution, according to Whirlpool, is to replace the door that was scratched in several places; after waiting 4 months to receive the fridge, the door would likely be delayed longer. When the skin of a finger is able to create a scratch there is something wrong with that black finish. Very dissatisfied.
