I am so pleased with this model and its features. They all are working well to the specifications that I was looking for in a fridge. It is the perfect size for the space I have. It runs very quiet and the ice and water features are what I had hoped for.

I especially like the solid drawers and the edging on those drawers as well as the strong glass shelves. The fridge is solid, well constructed and the perfect size for enclosed space allotment.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) It replaced its 24 year old Maytag clone. New Whirlpool is not quite as sturdy. We bought it mainly because we did not want one of those fridges made offshore (e,g, Samsung, LG) that have loads of neat gadgets but don't seem to be as reliable or practical. The clear shelving was a big change because we can now see everything in the fridge at the same time. That has saved time finding items that are only used occasionally. Water filter changes will be a breeze. There was an issue, at first, with an air blockage in the water line that resolved itself. My only criticism is the freezer door. The freezer door shelves are small and useless. Buyers should be prepared for a bit of work to assemble the door handles, level it if needed, connect water line and remove all the blue packing tape used for transit. Sadly, on delivery, the movers dented in 2 spots that could not be covered up by fridge magnets.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This fridge is a newer model of one that I bought about 14 years ago and it is a fantastic upgrade. While the basic features are the same, this one has a more intuitive ice machine. I read one review where someone complained about the fixed shelves, which is true however, there is one additional shelf compared to the older model, which is a bonus. If I need a taller space I just pull one shelf out. They are well spaced out. I love the shelves in the door, especially the one that holds two large milk jugs and the rack for soda cans. It's also very quiet even when making ice. It was the lowest priced fridge with all the features of a much higher priced model. I highly recommend this fridge.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We needed a fridge to fill a specific spot in our kitchen. This fridge was spot on in all aspects! It was the right size, great looking, enough shelves, bright inside, freezer side is a good size and ice maker and water are super easy to use and efficient. It is also very quiet. It has stayed at a constant temperature since installed ent. We haven't had to adjust anything! The outside fingerless finish matches our Maytag dishwasher and stove. We are thrilled with this fridge!!

When I went to buy a fridge I had three main criteria - to be stainless steel, to have a water/ice dispenser and to fit in the limited space within my cupboards. All the new fridges were at least 4 inches too high. After much time online, I find this beauty. When they delivered it I prayed it would fit and oh my it did. Even though it is only a 21 cu. ft it feels much bigger. It has large shelves on the doors and runs deep. It has a beautiful smudgefree stainless steel finish so you never see marks. And it doesn't take long to make ice. I highly recommend this fridge (and avoid having to cut out your top cupboard!)

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Looks great and works awesome, I love the wide shelves in the door, a 4l milk fits nicely and the shelf seems sturdy enough to hold the weight. Nice clear tempered glass shelves make it easy to see everything even stuff on lower shelves in the back. Ice and water dispenser work perfectly and each has its own lever so no need to change the settings. The water filter is at the bottom front below the doors so it doesn't take up valuable room in the fridge.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We purchased this fridge, firstly because of the dimensions. We were restricted by H, D and W to fit a new fridge into a contained space. It was on sale making the price attractive, but it was not inexpensive by any means. Its price was comparable with other models which wouldn't fit into our space. We were thrilled the fridge was Whirlpool, a brand in which we had complete faith for its dependability and workmanship. However, it was our own haste to buy this specific fridge that left us feeling a more than a little disappointed. It looks beautiful (from the outside), but the shelves on the fridge side are limited to the height at which they are built in, with no flexibility whatsoever. Items not fitting any of the shelves, are relegated to the door. The door is very heavy and swings open with abandon if not held. We're afraid if we do not hold it when opening, the door may easily break. The freezer side is very (very!) narrow with little room to store anything of substantial size. These shelves are movable but hold a minimal amount of food, thereby making it not really a good choice. The freezer door has barely any room to hold anything at all. All of the above go towards my three-star review of this product. I can only hope the Whirlpool name stands for durability and quality so we do not have to hunt for another fridge for a long time. We will just manage what we store inside both sides as best we can.

Bought this fridge 2 months ago to replace the same style we had for 20 years as we felt we could rely on Whirlpool for quality. Overall the fridge is satisfactory except the ice and water dispensers. The ice as others have mentioned spills all over. The water releases 1-3 drips after filling a glass and unless you stand and wait for it, it runs down the front of the freezer door to the floor as there is no catch tray as our old one had. Had service out today to see if there was something wrong with the water line and was told there was nothing that could be done, was simply a bad design with no removeable catch tray. Will have to rethink the brand going forward.

For the amount of money I've spent on this fridge, I'm actually very disappointed in the product. I bought this fridge a year and a half ago and started experiencing problems about a year in. The fridge constantly freezes my food despite reviewing all the checks Whirlpool listed to do on their site (checking the thermostat, leaky door seals) and nothing's worked. I owned a cheaper fridge in the past that lasted significantly longer and never experienced problems until years later. I'm still trying to figure out how to fix this because I think having to get a new fridge after owning this one for such little time is ridiculous.
