[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this brand of refrigerator is a very good choice. It has a modern design, works quietly, and keeps food fresh for a long time. The shelves are easy to organize, and the freezer provides plenty of storage space. It is also energy efficient, reliable, and offers excellent value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to others.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) For the most part, really pleased with this fridge. The quality is very good and we love the layout and the use of available space. We loved that the water line has a filter built in but we were disappointed that the water is only chilled to 10 degrees C, which is not overly cold. There isn't really a catch tray at the water/ice dispenser. Water will just sit on top and will need to be wiped up. Fridge seems a bit noisy sometimes but not really a big deal. All in all, we are quite happy with the purchase.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Very sad to replace my Whirlpool Gold of more than 20 years but am glad to be able to purchase a similar one. The interior could be better i.e. the drawers in the refrigerator don't slide out smoothly and the refrigerator door swings too far out and too easily that I needed to stick my foot out \\/ to stop the swing. The freezer could do with one or two open front wire bins (hint!hint!). Overall, very pleased with purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I come from a top fridge, bottom freezer set up so it was tough adjusting to a skinnier refrigerator space. That said, there is still a lot of space and it's nice and deep. My fridge was installed brand new and there was a ding/intention on the bottom door however.

With an energy program I qualified for because I am below poverty level I was presented with my new Whirlpool refrigerator and am very satisfied with the product EXCEPT I would really appreciate being able to move the shelves. At my age and the fact that I have had both hips replaced since November of 2018 it would be less strenuous on me if I could have my gallon jugs of milk or juices on a lower level. It would help me and it would allow my grandchildren to access these items without my help. It would help them in their adventure to more independent visits with me. The water coming out of the dispensor is not as cold as it was from our last Whirlpool refridgerator. The refridgerator door and the freezer door do not line up, even when adjusted as high as the door will go.

The unit works well but I wish there were adjustments on the shelf's but my biggest complaint is that's it's really hard to keep the front stainless doors clean without steaks even though I'm using stainless cleaner

i have had my refrigerator since dec 2024. the icemaker drops ice on my floor after we have walked away and/or left the house. so, the ice melts on my hardwood floor, and seeps between the cracks. i have had a repairman out and he replaced the device in the door, but it does the exact same thing. i hate this fridge.

They told me to call Whirlpool. I contacted Whirlpool. I was on the phone for 2 hours then they sent me to someone who would not come out. My refrigerator was not fixed until January of this year so I had a refrigerator that did not work. No one would give me a replacement. I am very disappointed and I still want a replacement. Like I was told a new refrigerator should not need work on it. I should not have had to call maintenance for a new refrigerator, so I know I'm going to have more issues out of the refrigerator
