[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our Whirlpool for a week. So far it seems to be working well. A little noisy at times but tolerable. Ice maker is working well. It looks nice in the kitchen. Unfortunately, we had to wait several weeks with multiple delays to get the black unit that we wanted. Still trying to determine best organization for fridge, i.e, where to place meats vs veg and fruits. We've previously had problems with another brand new fridge, still cautious but hopeful.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought This month an ago and happy to my purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received unit with new home. Ice maker and water in the door are wonderful. Doors unfortunately do not line up, one appears to be mounted higher than the other. Probably something I can adjust myself, or with help, but I shouldn't need to.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good fridge, I love how many door pockets there are to hold multiple sauces as well as pull out drawers. I will say that we are more used to a bottom freezer fridge with a double door fridge. We just meal prep in various ways so it does get a little full fairly quickly. I like having the option for crushed ice which is new for us and of course, I love the locking feature for my small child. It's been a life saver as they always walk by the fridge and try to hit for ice or water.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Very sad to replace my Whirlpool Gold of more than 20 years but am glad to be able to purchase a similar one. The interior could be better i.e. the drawers in the refrigerator don't slide out smoothly and the refrigerator door swings too far out and too easily that I needed to stick my foot out \\/ to stop the swing. The freezer could do with one or two open front wire bins (hint!hint!). Overall, very pleased with purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great fridge it's sleek and I have had no issues with it cooling properly, the only thing I do not like is how you get the ice the button is in weird spot and it's hard to catch the ice in your cup.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We never thought to confirm whether or not the shelves in the refrigerator were adjustable. Sadly, they are not... and there is barely a 7" height between the shelves. This will drastically change our food buying habits - instead of bulk and larger sizes, we will now have to buy smaller containers so they fit on the shelves.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We didn't buy this fridge, it came with the house we just purchased but is brand new. The fridge is a fridge but it is a very loud fridge, the compressor sounds like it's constantly running and is pretty loud compared to other fridges we have had.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was installed in a New construction house that I bought. It would not have been a refrigerator. I would've picked if I'd taken time to look at it a bit more. Inside shelving is limited on how you can arrange the shelves. The tall shelf is at the very top which will hold your milk cartons. Having a limited ability to lift items, I found this extremely difficult to deal with. Also, the ice/water on the front of the refrigerator is poorly designed. It will only accommodate a small glass. To get the ice in a larger cup, you have to tip the glass and it quite often hits the water lever is depressed causing a huge mess. The freezer space is OK. All in all, this is a refrigerator that might be OK as a backup or a first refrigerator. It does have some poor design issues. Perhaps that's why it was in a new construction home.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have moved into this new home with this fridge. It runs 100% of the time as long as the doors are closed or the water / ice is not being dispensed. Other than that, ALWAYS RUNNING. Also it is loud compared to other fridges owned.
