Only problem I had was lost some change under the agitator, had to call salesman to get it out. So it does eat change, check your pockets:) He said they need to put a net around the small rim, I agree. Other wise it cleans great and I love it... !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer with an impeller in April and have not found any specific instructions to add liquid fabric softener since this model has no designated dispenser. Please email step by step instructions, as the water levels appear too low to add fabric softener without possibly leaving spots on the clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the washer was installed, I found that it was shaking on the spin cycle. Yesterday, a technician was here to resolve the problem. Otherwise, the washer seems to clean the laundry well. I will be using it today and check it out again.

However, we were surprised that it is fairly loud and makes a lot of weird noises (the manual does warn of this) We were also surprised that you just dump the detergent into the machine, there is no dispenser

This one seems to be making a lot of different noised and I am never sure how much water it is using. I had one load of wash come out with streak marks, as if there was not enough water being used.

Hay que estar bien pendiente a cuando vaya a enjuagar para echarlo porque si no, uno ni se da cuenta. Sin embargo tiene por donde echarle el blanqueador.

Worst thing I ever did was buy this washer. Starting over and saving up for a washer and dryer, I purchased this set cash, not even a year and a half later the washer continues to run even when off. Repair cannot fix it and if you read the other reviews, so many others have this same, un-repairable problem.

The worst washing machine I have ever had. Less than year after purchasing, we had to have it repaired as a sensor was bad. Understandable as things can happen. However. I have to wash regular washes twice, and constantly getting lent and white residue all over the clothes. Wish I had my 30 year old + washer back.
