(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought few months ago and I am very happy with this washing machine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great purchase for me. I love the built in faucet for quick stain removal. Overall it's a very good washer and I would recommend it.
Have done about a dozen loads so far. Very quiet operation and cleans cloths very well. Much quieter than the GE washer I had.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this set of dryer & washer about 2 months ago until now still working good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago. I'm very happy with the purchase. The only thing it is very loud when the lid locks but other than that, it works great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer was part of the appliance package included with my home purchase. It washes clothes, but the controls are not user friendly and you can only do certain combinations. I do plan or replacing it in 1-2 years.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like that it doesn't have a detergent or softener dispenser. My clothes are coming out with stains they didn't have and are ruined. I've tried to use a Downy ball for the softener, as the place I got it suggested - half the time it doesn't dispense the liquid. I also don't like how it rattles around with a smaller load. I tried to get the place I bought it to take it back towards a different machine, but they would not. I'm getting rid of it as soon as I can and going with a different machine, through a different company.
Every load, large or small, ends up as a tight ball, whether linens or clothing or towels, with the inside of this ball unclean. Also every single load I have washed, again whether large or small, always gives the unbalanced load. I check every time and see the load has again been reduced to a ball that I have to spend time pulling a part, re-distributing evenly in the tub, and hoping the spin cycle will resume. This is probably the most inefficient and worst washer I have ever used in my decades of life
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer works fine. It did bleach one item because you can't fill it with water before adding detergent. The matching dryer takes two cycles just for the dryer to dry any size load of laundry and the vent hardly has any lent to remove after each dry. Something is wrong with it. Also, wish you could just hit a button to start it fast instead of having to stand around while it's sensing the load before it starts. I love that the dryer door opens down though.
