(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) So far I am enjoying your product especially the oversized drum and the removable agitator. There is only one thing I would like to see is a proper Manual So I can learn more about the functions on this washer.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this unit about a month ago and I really really like it. The only thing that is a little disturbing is that there is no area to put in the fabric softener. I do not have a drawer and I did not realize that when I bought the unit.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought this washer a month ago and absolutely love it. Very quiet and very satisfied with the way it washes the clothes and having the option of with or without the agitator. I would highly recommend!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Very happy with the washer so far. However I would like a bit better control on the water level setting. I would like more water to wash. I feel like it is always on the water saving side but I would like clean laundry. It is much better than my previous machine which I tossed for that reason.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've had this machine for approximately one month and so far so good. I appreciate the faucet feature on this machine (is there a way to change the temperature of the water that comes out of this feature?). I like having the option of removing the agitator as well, especially for the delicate cycle. I've read other reviews and I'm not sure why there are so many complaints of the water not covering their clothing even when using the deep fill option as I have had no issues with that whatsoever. Spin cycle is great because the clothes almost come out dry and the laundry always smells fresh and clean.
I just bought this washer and although it seems to work ok, I find it doesnt clean the clothes as well as it should. Plus I find it real surprising that all washers don't have a fabric softener dispenser. Something I never even thought to look for as I'd assumed they all did. I also don't like that the lid locks as soon as the cycle starts thus denying the opportunity to add a forgotten item.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Machine is not draining. Will stop and turn off in the middle of a cycle. The drain and spin option will just add more water and repeat the rinse cycle. I have been trying to do one load for three hours now. I have read the user manual and it is not providing any information on the drain and spin option. The machine is quite loud and there is no way of knowing how long is left on the wash load. Also no dispenser for fabric softener. Who really wants to wait in front of the machine for just the right moment to pause and add manually?!? I hate this machine
I don't know where to start. This is by far the worst washing machine I have ever had. The issues with it were from day one. Randomly out of the blue, it will decide not to complete a cycle and to leave your clothes soaking, wet. I have tried to do the same load four times with the same result, and then I just gave up. So I try to just spin it dry and it won't do that either. Because as soon as you select that mode, it adds water to the to the thing, and they still come out soaking wet. After messing with it dor 2 hours, unplugging it and putting on a completely different load, it eventually completes a cycle. Then, a few weeks later, the same thing all over again. And after reading multiple reviews online with the same machine, other people are experiencing the same issue. Whirlpool you've designed a dud here, I will never be purchasing a product from you ever again. I haven't even had this thing a year and it's nothing but issues. Don't contact me and say there's something wrong with it, and to talk to customer care, you know this thing is flawed by design. I just hope enough people read this and decide to boycott you.
I hate this machine with a vengeance. When you pause it and turn it back on it starts the whole wash again. Then you put it to drain and spin it fills up with water even when youve loaded it up evenly and keeps adding water, so annoying. If you want all your clothes actually washed with water you have to do each load in towel setting and deep water to actually cover the clothes, I was getting clothes coming out partially dry on the normal setting. All in all I'd like to take it to the scrap yard. I would give this machine no stars if you could. Do not buy this!!!! Also, it is the nosiest washer I've ever heard. I would not recommend this washer to my worst enemy.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Worst washer. It leaves white streaks on clothes. I just washed a quilt and it came out completely drenched . I would not recommend. I thought whirlpool washers would be high quality but this one is not.
