(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) So happy i bought it, excellent features and efficiency
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This washer really cleans! My last washer didn't have an agitator and I can see the difference having one makes. All loads come out clean no matter how big or small. Easy to use, lots of settings to choose from.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this whirlpool washer about 6 weeks ago. I am really pleased with the different features on this washer and how well it performs. It gets my clothes super clean. The one feature I really like is the glass cover, which I love because I can see the clothes and know if I added enough detergent.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Owned this washing machine for about a month or so now and it does its job. The drum can fly into a fit if the balance isn't just right while it's getting up to speed - I find I can minimize this by setting it to a short (multiples of 0:15) presoak so that the clothes get heavy before it starts rolling them around. Occasionally I still need to clear an error (seemingly not so important, nor difficult), or I'll need to run an Adirondack "Drain & Spin" (for which there happens to be a dedicated button; lasts a little over 0:30 for this partial cycle). I've also heard that the lid-locking mechanism can cause some trouble unless fully removed (you'll have to look this one up yourself). Overall, I'm content but I remain mildly cautious of load balance.
Hi...I've only had my washer for a week and am a little dismayed by the negative reviews! My problem is the info that came with it is very sparse and vague. I can not figure out how to do a small load...I hate wasting water. I also want to be able to shorten the wash time but if I hit quick wash, it changes the water temp to hot. I only do my laundry on cold. It got off balance with sheets in it and made a big noise. My old kenmore didn't do that. I wish I had a real instruction guide to answer my questions.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We've had this washer for 7 months and do not get consistently clean clothes. It's normal to see streaks of white/grey on the dark loads (regardless of what type of laundry detergent we use. And we had our water tested). Large loads do not easily balance. Extra deep water and an extra rinse is always necessary, so not great in terms of water usage. We appreciate that the washer is quiet and wrings out the water well, making it faster to dry the clothes. Overall, we're not thrilled with the machine.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this approximately 4 months ago and it works well but I find it quite noisy. I also do not like the idea that the lid locks when you start it. I sometimes find things that I would like to throw in part way through the cycle but this machine does not allow this
I purchased this washer and it's matching dryer 2.5 years ago.i can only get it to work on Normal/Regular - now bulky, towels etc. When it DOES eventually work on Normal/Regular it's after 2 or 3 times trying to get it going. It will act like it's going to start and then just stop as if load is finished and it hasn't even started. Have to wait around every time to see if the load starts or if I have to try again. Hate this thing.
I got my washer yesterday, did 3 loads and on my fourth wash I got an error code F9E1, can't open the door to get my good clothes out which is wet!! Don't know when we'll be able to get someone here to check this out. So frustrated.
I got this washer because ours broke, I absolutely HATE IT!!!! I have to run through cycles more then once because it does not wash the clothing well! Clothing at the bottom are still dry after running a load !!! It is so frustrating. I constantly get error codes going off, I start a load and it won't actually run through I have had just about enough! Should have brought it back right from the start when I hated it just as much! But kept it only because with a house of 7 I could not wait 6 weeks for a different one to be ordering and shipped. Would not recommend this at all. Sorry for the negative review but omg am I ever frustrated with this washer! I just want to be able to do a load of effing laundry with out having to run it though again, or even ba able to start the load walk away and go back to the load finished Rather then a flipping error code that tells me I need to remove content and re start wash code a million darn times. Just want to cry because I'm so frustrated! With that being said the dryer because I got a set has been fine no issues.
