Litter robot makes life so much easier when it comes to cleaning out the litter boxes. No more scooping!!! And my kitties always have clean liter to go in. And having the litter hopper you dont have to worry about ever filling the robot. It automatically dispenses the right amount of liter when its low. Although the unit is a little pricey, but it was a great investment. Thank you whisker!! ❤️

So far so good. Installation was pretty straight forward. So far we have had it a week and have not had to touch the litter box one time. Litter is added when needed automatically. If your goal is to have a litter box you practically only touch weekly or so, this is the accessory for you.

LitterHopper was easy to assemble and set up, as I purchased it independent of our first Litter-robot 4. The online instructions were very easy to follow and programming was easy. I have been surprised at the engineering and the quality of all the components. Our cats had no issued transitioning from litter boxes to the Litter-robot 4. I will be saving-up for an additional Litter-robot, a must with 4 cats. The app is wonderful, I especially like the individual cat tracking use statistics.

Incredible!! We loved the Litter Robot 3. BUT the 4 is out of this world amazing! Especially with the Litter Hopper!! We no longer even have to look at the Litter Robot until our phone app says it's full. The drawer is deeper and it even seems easier to empty! It's so quiet! We don't see it, smell it or worry about it! Hands down best purchase ever!! We gave the 3 to my son because the 4 is all we need!

Works nicely, but installation was more tricky than expexted. I did have a pretty big gap in the front of the hood at first I couldn't figure out how to fix. Found someone on Reddit explaining the issue, there are some nooks in the front you need to make sure are in the right spot too. This wasn't an issue with the normal hood that automatically was in the right spot, as the fit of the hopper lid is much tighter. Also the sticker on the hood doesn't match the placing of my robot buttons, not even close. It's in a totally different spot and looks bad. Doesn't impact function though but still a bit disappointing.

Used to have 3 cats... now down to one. Had the first Litter Robot. Switched to the Furbulous when the Litter Robot finally died. The cats hated the newer box because of the smaller entry point. Ditched it and went back to the LR4 with the hopper. A cat box that nearing a grand is hard to swallow, but it works and makes our lives so much easier. You wouldn't even know we have cats in the house. This model is super quiet and with the hopper, all I have to do is dump the bag at the end of the week. If you can afford it... do it. I feel that way about all our pets and pet maintenance. More love and less regret. :)

A bit disappointed with the litter hopper, it is not maintaining the litter level in my robot. I followed all instructions when installing and it is dispensing litter, but its such a small amount the litter level gets way too low and i have to manually add litter. Until they come up with a way to manually tell it to dispense litter, i wouldnt buy it.

I had great hopes for this but it consistently leaves the litter level too low which results in cat waste sticking to the liner and not dumping. I know it isn't supposed to fill to the ‘Max' line but it doesn't fill enough for the robot to be effective. When I fill it manually I do not have this issue.

The litter hopper doesn't keep the litter robot full at all. I can manually make it dispense, but it is not enough to do anything. You would have to sit there and make it dispense 4 times to get any amount of litter. I still have to go every day and add litter.

I really wanted to like the LitterHopper but my experience hasn't been poor. The product seems to suffer from alignment and sensor problems that make regular use frustrating. I have had it for over 1 month and tried to make it work over 100 times, and to date it has only worked like 2-3 times. It's a great idea in theory, but in practice, it just hasn't worked. I would not recommend anyone but this.
