I have always loved White Castle cheeseburgers and these are exactly what I expected to get when I bought them. That familiar flavor and how easy they are to heat up makes these a favorite in my home. I genuinely think we order about four boxes every two weeks at minimum. Between my husband and I we just never get tired of them. Plus, we don't have a White Castle around here so this is the only way I can get one of my favorite foods since I was a kid living in New Jersey where we had White Castle. Even though they opened a White Castle in Orlando I am not driving over an hour away to get them when they sell the same thing at Walmart. I'm a huge fan though. They are perfect every single time!
Maybe a bit pricy but I definitely like these and I order them very often! Nice sometimes a little onion like flavor but I like little sliders and these taste great and a package of 2 microwaves in under a minute with our cover over them while baking.
These are the very best on the market as far as frozen little cheeseburgers are concerned. I follow the instructions on the box for heating them up in the microwave and they come out perfect every time. I've made them from frozen and thawed. Either way they come out perfect.
When I'm missing “home”…(Chicago)…I grab a couple of these White Castle Classic Cheeseburgers from my freezer and it instantly hits the spot. They're surprisingly close to the real thing from White Castle…soft buns, onions, and that classic flavor. Not exactly fresh, but honestly pretty impressive for frozen. Living in Florida, I love having a little taste of home whenever I want. Definitely worth keeping stocked! 🫶🏽🍔
I've been a fan of White Castle for years, but since there isn't one right down the street, these White Castle Classic Cheese Sliders are a total lifesaver. I was skeptical about how they'd turn out in the microwave, but if you follow the "steam in the bag" instructions, the buns stay surprisingly soft and the cheese melts perfectly. They have that exact same onions-and-beef flavor you get at the drive-thru. They're the perfect size for a quick lunch or a late-night snack when you're craving something savory but don't want a massive meal. Plus, having 16 in a pack is great because they actually last more than one sitting. If you're a Craver and can't get to a physical location, these are definitely the next best thing!
My son loves these for a after school snack with some oranges on the side. They are quick and easy just add ketchup. The bread sometimes can be over cooked just be careful when cooking them from frozen. Even for a dinner night on the run to sports easy.
I have not seen a White Castle since I have been in SC. I am from Indiana. In Indiana, White Castle is all over, so I would just stop at the store. I have purchased the frozen ones before, if I didn't want to go out of town to get the fresh ones. These are not bad; the taste and texture are good. Just don't go microwave crazy with them. The buns are like all buns; if over-microwaved, they will start sorta wet, but then get chewy
Well now I'll tell you my age...These were Breakfast on my way to Highschool in the 60's. There was a White Castle not far from my house and it was one Friend's job to pick up the Sliders on the way to school 🏫 so we could all eat them. STLL EATING EM‼️💯😁
These are great for a quick heat and eat when you're short on time or need something for the kids. Now I would recommend don't let them sit in microwave after they heat up, remove immediately as they tend to absorb moisture adding your own toppings like a normal size burger is a plus .
ordering from walmart on line was a disaster from the start, the sliders were delivered late and left out side to thaw. I don't how anyone in there right mind would leave a frozen product outside let alone the boss not instructing the the employee not leave them outside. I will not be ordering anything from Walmart for a long time jf ever. why would I review anything I did not buy
