I'm pleasantly surprised by how much I like them. some of the patlrts were lost during shipping. I emailed customer service. I received a response the next day that they are shipping the replacement parts.

These are cheaply made and there are some design flaws to be aware of! When we installed the first one (I bought 2 of these), it wouldn't operate properly and we discovered that the strings that go around a roller when pulling the blind down and putting them up get caught in the sides of the roller and get pinched. There is nothing to prevent them from doing so. In an attempt to correct the positioning of the string, the spring came unhooked and shot the guts of the mechanism right out the end of the blind. Somehow my husband managed to get it all back in and working, but the third time I pulled down the blind, it wouldn't go back up as the string was stuck again! The second blind worked very well when we installed it, but by the time it had been pulled down maybe 3 times, it also wouldn't go back up so we had to take it down and attempt to straighten the string on that one as well. If you just want blinds that you are going to pull down and leave down, I guess these should be okay, but otherwise I don't recommend them. Also, be aware that returning them means figuring out how to ship them and paying a 20% restocking fee! I guess I will be purchasing replacements elsewhere and eating the $90+ these cost me (because I do need to close and reopen my blinds on occasion)!

Walmart has 90 day return policy. 3rd party sellers only have 30 days. I bought these blinds %26 was waiting for someone to install for me. Not as easy as that, brackets are defective or they wouldn't align with my windows. Trying to return with 3rd party seller is almost impossible. Walmart is helping me arrange retun. 3rd party sellers do not honor their contracts with Walmart

Not a good quality, had a better value and product in store, had to return, but could NOT return to brick & mortar store and the shipping was very expensive, lost money on that whole online transaction, never again!

The directions for mounting this shade on a wall/door do not work. I did what it appeared to say. As a result, the shade fell on the floor, with a broken slat resulting.
