Great product. Easy to install. Had a drain spout close to the house and delivery trucks ran over the direction thing, it was plastic. This one uncurls when it rains and curls back up when it is not raining. Works magically and never gets run over and broken.
Heavy duty, easy to install
downspout water is dispersed evenly instead of washing away my mulch. Rolls up out of the way all on its own when not needed. Love it!
These are easy to install but it takes a good bit of rain for them to open and operate. Not exactly what i was looking for BUT I am keeping them and using them.
It came with 8 zip ties. You may need all of them because 2 of mine were broken. I would keep some extra handy because this looks like the place the system is most likely to fail. Happy so far otherwise.
The way they or packed in the box with the mounting parts pact so tight in the center of the center of the roll made the hard to remove, and the zip ties were bent so sharp that two of them broke into when i unfolded them. The opening way to large for 3 and 4 inch down spouts, i'm sure that's to make them more universal, but it makes it very hard to wrap all that material around the spout, and hold it all together while you install the zip tie. They seem to be well built however,the spring is very stiff, we haven't had any as yet, so i'm unsure how they are going to unfold, but i'm thinking, it may take a Biblical rain to fold them out,we'll see?

Wasn't as advertised, didn't work. Put them in the garbage.
