My teeth looked whiter and felt clean. It wasn't overly "spicy" so the kids were able to use it as well. It came with a toothbrush ; the layered bristles make this my alltime favorite toothbrush.

So this toothpaste is pretty good. It taste decent and I feel like my teeth are clean afterwards and my fiancé seems to think that my kisses are good when I'm kissing her. She's not pulling away so my breath must smell pretty good so I'd recommend it as far as money, values concern. It stands up to any mid-level toothpaste as far as money is concerned so I would recommend it.

Ok folks, who are you kidding with these reviews? The taste is fine. It's hard to get out of the tube and whitening?? Huh? I've been using it for a week now and there hasn't been any whitening happening on my teeth. So, where are those reviews coming from, huh? You guys getting paid to write them?

Dont buy.
Greetings, sorry to report this stuff did not whiten my teeth at all! It tastes fine, freshens breath, but no whitening! Im 69 and have all my teeth, so I know how to care for my teeth.
