the product is a 10. i have used it for about 3 years. your chain and components will stay very clean. only neg you do need to apply more often as it comes off during ride and takes the dirt with it. will not buy from walmart again and the reason for 1 star..they shipped without securing top with tape like all other shippers i have used. product was open and half empty when it arrived. which could not be used because this stuff seperates and bottle needs a vigorous shaking before use. seriously? you cant figure out a lid needs to be secured before shipping. for that i would give you negative stars..sooooo beware if you are going to purchase this product here.
