White Lily Cinnamon Crumb Cake Mix, 20.35 OZ Box

I made muffins from this mix and they were incredible. My husband's jaw literally DROPPED when he took his first bite and he isn't easily impressed! 10/10 will be buying this mix from now on.

Love this cake mix and what I do using Solo Pastry Filling! Add the pastry filling thinly between the mixture and the cinnamon (Raspberry or Apricot) and you have a WHOLE NEW TASTY CAKE! Made for mothers day dessert. I put in a 9x13 sprinkled all topping on the top and baked for 20 minutes (all other directions I followed). Worked out really well.

I am not an excellent baker but this mix is simple with ingredients, quick to prepare and great for a vast range of ages(3 generations). The most difficult step for me was the second layer of batter but then I'm not perfect and it disappears the same.

White Lily mixes are excellent! Taste is superior to other mixes. Easy to make and your proud to serve your family.

Our family loves crumb cake. This is the best! Only use half the sugar they give to you, add some chopped pecans and flaked coconut. Excellent mix.

The cake is nice, good flavor, tender, light. The crumb topping is a bit disappointing. It isn't really a crumb topping. As far as I can tell it's basically sugar and cinnamon. After baking the top was just as powdery as it was when it came out of the package. I think next time I would add a bit of butter and a teaspoon of water to the topping and mix them in to make a more crumbly texture, rather than powdery. And maybe use less of the topping, as it's really sweet.

I made this for our Christmas brunch. When the cake was done, the cinnamon topping was dry on top and did not look appealing. I melted a stick of butter and poured it over the top and put it back in the oven for another 5 min. My son said it was stellar and took the remaining coffee cake home. Note, there was too much cinnamon topping, I threw half of it away.

This was an ok mix. I felt like there wasn't enough cake batter to crumble ratio. There seemed to be way more crumble than necessary and the crumble was too dry. it didn't say to mix with butter or anything but I think that may have helped. Its been awhile since I made a box cake mix but it felt like there just wasn't enough cake batter.

Usually buy Krusteaz brand, gave White Lily a shot and will never buy it again. Crumble topping was just powder, never baked properly, Was like like just dumping raw cinnamon sugar on top of an already baked cake.
