looking at the picture, I thought this was a cold shoulder dress with short sleeves! also too long. love the color.sorry its going back.can I return it to Walmart for a credit back to my visa??

Cute dress but it is very form fitting and you can see every little lump or bump you may have...yes it is see thru. So if you are into that... which I am not it ...you will probably love it. Oh...I ordered my normal size medium and think I could have even went up a size
