Works Great
Mix 2 Tbsp. of this with 3 oz. of UV-FX (invisible in regular light, glows blue-white in black light [UV]) and 5 drops of Sargent's Neon Yellow -- and you get a pretty decent white paint that is a decent white under either kind of light. (It's still nowhere near as bright as yellow under UV ) It's not a one-coat coverage -- put down a good layer of regular white first and use this mix as a top-coat. It looks cream-like but dries to the very slightest off-white under regular light. The mix under UV is harder to assay...
