These ice cold neck rings are awesome. I was using the neck fan at work, but this works so much better. I bought two so I could freeze one and use one frozen for about three hours and then swap them out and put it back in the freezer and take out the newly frozen one. Buy it you won't regret it. I just bought three more for some friends.

The cooling tube is a fast way to cool off. Works well. However, they are thin. Purchased a second one. Great for summer or relief of hot flashing. Freezes quickly under cold water or in the fridge, I put mine in the freezer. Travels well in a purse or lunch box.

This is something I store in the freezer for times when I anticipate being active on land or in the pool. I become DRENED in perspiration even at 65 degrees. I consistently perspire while performing aerobics in the pool. This has the greatest lasting power among all the items I can deploy from the neck up in the pool. I can maintain greater vitality if I am not exhausted by excessive heat.

I ordered a pink %26 a blue, but only received 2 blue %26 wanted to use them before I could try to get a pink one. They work ok at keeping your neck or wherever you put it cool %26 lasts a descent amount of time as long as it's not miserably hot outside. Nice for some pain relief.
