So far, it seems like this product is growing OK after 5 weeks in the ground, but I guess we will see how it matures in the next month. What I disagree with from the manufacturer is the contention that a 3lb bag covers 1/2 acre. My soil has been tested and found to by ideal @ 7.1, have used the proper quantity of triple 17 fertilizer well irrigated and DOUBLE the seed rate and still have bare spots 5 weeks out. If this product fills in properly in the next month, I will be happy to report a 5 star update
