Product was what/how it was described.

The only problem I have with this is, the hooks that hold the shoes should be a little farther apart. I can fit my shoes and my kids shoes on the rack, but definitely not my husbands. Other than this, it looks great.

The rack is good and of high quality but the height of the rack's loops that hold the shoes is insufficient. I wear size 9 and the shoes touch the floor when they are on the rack. So men's footwear will not fit and will always fall out of the rack. It doesn't look like in the picture where the shoes do not touch the floor

The racks arrived on time. When I was assembling them I noticed how unsteady they were. One of them is worse than the other. But still not firm at all. I would not recommend this racks.

Low quality, very flimsy, falls apart, not sturdy.

When I looked at the picture it looked very attractive and practical no frills but not needed for the job it was intended to do. Assembly was easy, but the material used to make it was very thin and easily bent. Now comes the hard part trying to get two shoes to fit next to each other. This is sized way too small. None of my shoes would fit at all and even some of my wife's walking shoes wouldn't fit. She managed to fill it by picking out her smallest shoes and slip ons but that was only a portion of her shoes. We decided to keep this one but wouldn't buy another we will have to look for some of the ones like they used to make years ago that were big enough to fit any shoe.

The shoe rack is very poor quality. When I put my shoes on it, it collapsed. We had to reiinforce the sides with zip ties in order for it to stay together. I would not recommend this shoe rack.

Gave up it didn't hold together when trying to put more than 1 row of shoes

It is poorly made and collapses very easily.

Very cheap and displays cheapnest. Don't bump it or it will crumble.
