Consistent quality and sweetness, affordable
Whole Earth is consistent and sweetness equals sugar for baking or flavoring. Most erythritol is quite course (this is medium). So when baking I grind it in a blade coffee grinder. For sweetening tea or coffee directly one doesn't need to. It dissolves right away. But grinding it when baking gives the product a finer texture. (Usable as is, though.) You can get powdered versions of brands but they tend to cost more so I grind when needed. My preference!

It just tastes normal now.
Took me a few days to get used to the flavor in my decaf tea. I got there and now I thoroughly enjoy my tea.

Love this stuff but wish it was less expensive. Will look for something that is comparable and order that in the future. Looking at Truevia plant based

as soon as i opened Erythritol I noticed there were lots of big black lumps in it. Disgusting. Not sure if bugs, something from processing but it was awful. And walmart's return policy is I have to wait in line to return. I don't recommend anyone order
