Whole Home Generator Installation Quote

Unfortunately, this home generator installation quote never happened. It was to be provided by Angi. However, they never contacted me, so I tried contacting them, providing them with the purchase information from Walmart. They didn't know anything about it and advised me to contact Walmart. So, I did contact Walmart and they were kind enough to cancel the initial quote purchase so I could try again. They set up a new purchase, which I paid and waited for contact from Angi again. Once again, I was never contacted. So I gave up.

We ordered a 12.5k generator and added the Angi install quote at the same time. We didn't hear anything from them and started wondering when we would. We tried to contact someone and eventually were shuffled to Walmart CS department. They didn't have any information either but were informed that someone told them in passing that Angi wouldn't call until after the generator was delivered. It finally was (a week late) but after 7 more days of waiting, we still have not been contacted. The generator is sitting in our driveway and we can't do anything with it because we cannot seem to get an install quote. Their customer service consists of little more than a phone tree that simply shuffles you off to Walmart's CS. If I could give this “purchase” zero stars, I would.
