WHOPPERS Chocolate Covered Malted Milk Balls Fun Size 3 Ball Packs, 2 Pound Bulk Candy Bag

While the Whoppers are normally good, these arrived melted. Even the ice pack was melted. The delivery was poor. The package was left at the top of the driveway, hidden by the mailbox, not visible from the front door. It was not delivered to front door as requested. I have mobility issues and rarely leave the house. Only after I was notified of delivery , did I ask my daughter to search for the package. Then I put the package in the refrigerator to try and salvage the contents. When I opened one individually wrapped Whoppers package, it was not balls but flakes of chocolate and the malt filling. The shipper did not prepare the fragile candy for shipment as required to prevent summer heat damage. The delivery person did not follow delivery instructions. Totally disappointed. Am asking for a refund.
