Whynter 14'' Undercounter Automatic Stainless Steel Marine Ice Maker 23lb Daily Output

Great icemaker, stainless steel for marine applications, replaced our ULine (was 25 yrs old %26 died) on our boat. Same size as ULine. Arrived assembled, easy install, works great! Makes lots of ice fast. Would highly recommend. Hope it lasts another 20 years.

only downside was no mounting frame, had to order it separately. Unit was easy to install. Nice quiet operation.

It was almost an exact replacement size wise and very impressed with construction.

I just purchased and installed this product with flush mount frame. Fit and finish were of good quality. Easy to install.Make ice fast and is quiet as ice makers go. It's on my boat will get a lot of use.

I bought in January, installed in April. Cheaper in January. Love it better than the uline that came with the boat. Makes ice quickly. Very satisfied and fit was perfect. Used the uline faceplate. Buffed off the white paint. Was stainless underneath and 2 little notches cut out allowed the uline faceplate to work.

True marine type ice machine. Good safe latching and outdoor strength stainless steel. Performance is impeccable after a year in service. Top marks from the crew.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whynter replaced my old model under warranty with this one and it's much better. Nice compact design. My only issue is it sometimes freezes up and doesn't produce ice. Usually if I turn it off, defrost it and. turn it on again it works. The door definitely needs to be closed hard. It's easy to leave it ajar, probably why it freezes up.

This is our second one we have bought in the first one broke a little after a year, but this is the only one we could buy for our space. Fingers crossed this does not break.
