My husband says my ice cream with the Whynter compressor ice cream maker is better than Haagen Daz. I think I need more practice with my low sugar, low fat base but it is good. I look forward to making yogurt with it. Very simple and easy to operate and comes with a straight forward easy to read instruction pamphlet. It is noisy but only if right next to it.

This thing is great! It works really well for both dairy ice creams and vegan ice creams. The cookbook that comes with it is hilarious!

I got this for my husband's birthday last month. I have made several batches of the best ice cream I have ever had. I use it more than he does. My adult kids love it when they visit from college. It is easy to use. Definitely glad I got this compressor style rather than the kind you have to freeze first.

I love this ice cream maker! It's more expensive, but, makes the best homemade ice cream. It has been a good investment. My family loves my homemade ice cream. I would definitely recommend this ice cream maker.

This is my first ice cream machine and I've used it every day since my purchase. Extremely easy to operate, easy to clean and it makes ice cream in a snap. Best part is that it has a compressor, so no need to pre freeze a container prior to use. I've made froyo every day and banana pudding ice cream several times. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to make yummy frozen treats. My only complaint is that the price dropped significantly right after I purchased it and Walmart will not honor price adjustments for online orders. This was very disappointing and due to their policy it makes me hesitant to make this kind of purchase with Walmart in the future, hence why I took away one star.

I wanted to love this machine. I have had two other professional level home ice cream makers but this is by far the worst, seldom cooling to the level to make ice cream. It takes over two hours and only occasionally works properly, even though it is brand new.
