Best Ac and customer service I've had in a while
Best customer service I've had in a long time! For starters Mariella with Whynter was very apologetic and issued a replacement unit immediately after the one I received stopped working all without the hassle of having to return the defective unit. Overall the ac works flawlessly cools the down the entire apartment and any issues you may encounter rest assured Whynter will make it right!

Today was the 1st day I used it. It seems to be running fine. It came early like I requested. It's well built, easy to set up. and keeps my my bedroom cool. I would recommend this portable air conditioner to anyone

The A/C works as good as a window mount but it's but it's half as loud and it was delivered in 3 days other locations wanted me to wait 2 weeks

This is the second one of these we purchased. It takes a little time to set it up but it is wonderfully effective.

great ac unit
the ac works well. My only issue is really with the exhaust hoses. once you get it connected to the exhaust hoses you can't move the AC unit. the "hoses" aren't very flexible.

Not a bad AC for the money
It works very well , it's a little loud, but it cools a pretty large space quickly . My only complaint is that I wish the remote was backlit, I have to turn a light on to see it most of the time.

so so
it does cool but not as well as my other portable air conditioner that is same btu the controller is nice but wish it was black instead of white and it is not oscillating also if you want the air to blow anywhere other than almost straight up it restricts the amount of air coming out it is nice looking and the delayed power on is nice i can make do but will probably keep looking for another portable air conditioner to replace this one

Portable AC Unit is too loud
Too big, too wide, too loud. Unit is so loud I couldn't watch TV and unwind before sleep. And, I most certainly will not empty some water in reservoir.

Crack in face control plate.
400$ , Unit showed up in beat up dirty box. Facial plate has a big crack on it 10/10 disappointing service. Never again.
