Best Chili Mix
The only chili mix I use. Great with 2 boxes.

Competition grade chili
The best chili seasonings out there. I use 2x the meat called for, and caramelize half as much onion as meat. I use roasts, cut to 3/4" cubes, and 2x the salt called for. Brown the beef, add crushed tomatoes, 1 can of tomato paste, beans if used, and bring to a boil on stove top. Cover and bake at 275 for 3 to 4 hours. This avoids burning the chili. Serve with fresh chopped onions, cheese, etc.

very good
We've used 2 Alarm for many years. It is very consistent in flavor and heat. I grew chile commercially for many years and this is what it is supposed to taste like.
