I bought this building set because I decided my backyard birds and squirrels deserved a little whimsy. Naturally, that meant assembling 942 tiny pieces to create a giant bouquet.
Was it slightly ridiculous? Yes. Was it absolutely worth it? Also yes.
Once assembled, it looks surprisingly beautiful in the garden, and the little LED lights make it especially fun in the evening. The birds seem to have accepted it as part of the landscape, while the squirrels remain appropriately suspicious.
I now have a garden full of real plants, Lego-ish flowers, tiny mushrooms, birds, squirrels, and apparently a 942-piece plastic floral arrangement.
No regrets. My backyard has a theme now, and apparently the theme is “enchanted garden designed by someone with too much free time.”
