No dislike the product came on time and is the best lock I have ever bought the best thing about it I would say is the automatic locking if u forgot to lock ur door u can set it to lock after 15 secs great door lock also fit perfectly on my door u can also connected to ur phone another best part!

This wifi smart lock is AWESOME! So, I was a little concerned before purchasing after reading some of the negative comments but now I can say after owning this lock for about a month it is the best one I've owned so far, and I've owned several keyless locks. Easy installation, super easy setup. Wifi bridge works well with Alexa and works well with Google Home!

I bought this lock for three of my airbnbs as it is very useful to be able to generate timed code for my guests. I began to have trouble for one of the locks, When press code, you can hear the lock turns but the door still locks. After 5 or 6 tries, it will open the door. Two weeks ago, it somehow absolutely won't open the door anymore. Yesterday I begin to have problem with the second lock, it took me three tries to open the door. Not sure what is wrong, so far the third one still works.
