We absolutely love this sofa set. It was delivered extremely early, which was a plus. I was able to set up the sofa in minutes as it wasn't to heavy. All I needed was a pair of scissors. It came with simple instructions, informing us to give it some time to fluff up, which was very reassuring. The sofa plumped up immediately! the pillows took an hour to get it full size. Its a combination of sofness and firm. You don't sink in, but it is very comfortable. It's kids approve as our kids are glued to it (we have 4). Overall, we love it.

I like how it set up,very easy ! Got to full form after 48 hours, I was a little nervous because I never bought furniture without a frame. It's a complete frameless boneless sectional, but it's real firm, I wish the pillows were a little bigger, but you can always buy pillows…
