Wiilayok 114" U Shaped Sectional Sofa with Chaise Lounge and Ottoman,Chenille Modular Sectional Sofa Couch for Living Room,Cream White

I was looking for a nee couch for my nee place and I came across this couch. I like it for its space. It was great took 3 boxes when it came to delivery and the instructions was easy to follow when setting up the couch. The inly thing I wish it was a little taller it sits at a decent height just want it a little taller.

This sectional was better than I expected and actually fit the space of my living room. Also the customer services were amazing and respond quickly. Each of the boxes for my sectional came on different days but I was able to track it. The assembly will take most people sometime but the instructions are easy to understand.

I Am very happy with my new sofa. It was easy to assemble and very comfortable. I am enjoying it very much.

Honestly the assembly of the couch was hard!! Getting the pieces out of the box was a challenge, as it appeared that they wanted no wiggle room in them. The cushions are vacuum sealed so it takes about a day to fully plump, once assembled. I thought this couch would be way too low as the legs are very short, but with the angle of the seats, it's honestly not bad. The fabric of the couch is soft but does hold cat hair. I easily vacuumed it though.

It says its Navy Blue but the color is alot lighter than Navy Blue and closer to a teal light blue.

Only downfall to it its the fabric as everything get in it and its hard to clean it.

couch looks a lot smaller than in the picture, easy to assemble and lightweight but cushions not as soft or comfortable as they look in the pictures. back support cushions very small.

My only critique is that the color of the couch in the picture was much darker then it came. i would have like the couch to be darker than is.

this came in the wrong color and walmart did nothing tgey are rhe worst when it comes to customer service i bought this set and the company said to me that i had to send it back the way it came it came compressed this was after walmart said they woukd arrange someone to pick it up did not happen words changed now im stuck with a purchase that im not happy with so be careful with the third party because walmart does not back you up now im stuck with a set that did not look like the picture one and was not the color i ordered and still walmart has done nothing so disappointed i will never buy or trust anything from walmart again dealing with what they call third party

Worst sectional I ever bought. There was missing parts to the ottoman, missing feet pieces to the ottoman, missing nuts and bolts to the Ottoman. The cushions are really thin and uncomfortable. The back to the couch is extremely flimsy. You sit on it and your head goes straight through to the wall. I am looking in to returning this sectional !!!
