With this couch, you have to trust the process.. once this couch is assemble you have to take time and fluff the pillows. You have to remember that it was stored in a box once the pillows are fluffed. It is absolutely beautiful very comfortable very affordable. It is really worth the money if you are on a budget and looking for a good quality furniture this is a great option. I am very satisfied with my couch. People walk in my house and a surprise that it only cost $700.

I must say I have to give the seller for this seller to get a 10/10. First of all the customer service is excellent. They texted me updates on my shipment along with tracking numbers. The setup was easy peasy. They had step by step instructions on paper along with a video for those that need a visual like me. The seller checked in with me to make sure that I had all the pieces. The sectional is the size I needed, and I love the color. I got the black color. It's so comfortable and cozy. The storage space in the sectional is also as deep as I need. I love this sectional.

I ordered black and the color looks more like a smoke grey. The sectional is nice but a few of the slots that connect the pieces were not made correct to attach. I had to bend the slots with pliers to make them fit. It's a pretty nice sectional for the price.

Great couch just sits very low

Overall quality isn't as great as I expected but will do for my great room as my son does enjoy the ottomans. Whatever the filling is in the couch chairs %26 ottomans has to be smoothed out like it moves after you sit on it…not cool. The pictures make the set look more luxurious than it is, it's good for kids/teen setups but not grown ups. I jazzed mine up by splitting it apart, pillows of course, %26 a LED table in between the chairs. Looks ok all in all, so I gave it a 3 because while not what I expected, it will do.

it's very cheap made the cushions are very uncomfortable they're pretty stiff and thin and after you get up and down about 2 or 3 times you have to fix the cushion because it's sliding off the couch itself. it's definitely not what I expected or wanted especially for the price
