Caution: Do Not Buy This Product! I had a deeply frustrating experience with my recent order. Initially, I was surprised to find a $99 shipping charge, which I hadn't anticipated. When the product finally arrived, it turned out to be far too small for my large living room. In hopes of resolving the issue, I contacted Walmart for a full refund, only to be directed to the third-party seller, Ouyessir Boucle Upholstered. Despite explaining that the product was unusable for my needs, they insisted that I keep it. To make matters worse, the third-party company informed me that returning the product would cost me $60 for each shipping label, and I had received two large boxes! They continued to argue that keeping the product would be more cost-effective, even though I was clearly dissatisfied. To this day, they have refused to issue a full refund. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I strongly advise against purchasing this item. Save yourself the trouble!
