Works great!
We used this to cut low hanging tree limbs and it worked really well. The battery lasted for about 2-3 hours and charged quickly enough to finish the job in one day. Definitely worth the low price and we will be using it again.

Received a used item
I ordered this new but when opened, it had scratches %26 worn places all over the shaft, charger %26 battery. I paid for a new item so just packed it back up and am returning.

I only needed it for some small stuff so I figured I'd save money and go the cheap route. The pole won't stay locked so every time I'm cutting it'll extend/retract from vibration. Spend the extra money and buy something better.

Missing parts
I never got to use this item. The battery was missing from the box. The item seemed sturdy and would probably get the job done but I'll never know.
