I like everything about it; the color, fragrance and its nutritional value as well.

I have 5 birds and we go through a lot of seed in a week! , I purchase my feed in a large bag and put it into 2 plastic containers when I get home as it is a much better value to purchase the large size bag. The seeds are always fresh and there is a nice variety of seeds in each bag!

We ordered the birdseed to be delivered because we have not been able to get the 8 pound bag at the store for the last couple of months. We have been using this bird seed for over 16 years. The food value is much better than in many other kinds of seed. Our Hahns Macaw and our Conure will be 20 years old next year and we believe that this food along with mixed vegetables, cornbread, and other fresh food is why they have achieved this age.

I have 6 cockatiels and non of them will eat the large yellow pellets. Maybe because they're too large? I don't know. But I do believe they may have eaten it when they were "starving" once... Not sure. That and the peas are the last to be eaten.. Well worth the money though. They prefer those really tiny pellets first from this parakeet mix that I sneak in their dish sometimes any day. My birds will be seed junkies if allowed. I want them to get variety in their diet, so this bag helps do the trick. The grains in this mix do the bird good too. I feel like every brand is more nutritional in their own ways. For instance, one may be better is some areas and vice versa, so I mix and match a lot. This is my most go to mixes. Just break the large pellets in half, they seem more likely to eat it.

It's nothing wrong with this, but it's not what I wanted. I like the Daily Blend, she do not eat most of the things so it's a waste of money.

My birds don't like many of the components of this food. They won't eat the various shaped crunchy bits, nor any of the beans, split peas or pumpkin seeds and etc. Since this food contains a wide variety of ingredients and is a good price, less picky birds might love it.

I bought this for my cockatiel and two friends of my mom bought it for their cockatiels as well. After a while my mom noticed that he would throw the food away and toss it instead of eating it. So my mom called her two other friends who noticed the same problem with their cockatiels and one of them saw that their two cockatiels were losing weight. I highly don't recommend this food for cockatiels, it may sound pleasing since its filled with vitamins and minerals but try another product please. If you buy it for your bird please keep an eye on your bird!
