Helps with the dry face skin, feels good, smells ok not overwhelming. It's more of a liquid than a cream so be aware when opening.

Product is very watery, it should be thickened. If it can't thickened it should be in a different container, way too much comes out when trying to use. Maybe a pump bottle. Smells great and I like the charcoal. I did buy the scrub as well, it's thicker, but also need a little more thicker.

You don't squeeze out this cleanser it just pours out like a liquid. Not good. You need to thicken it up (A LOT) so you can squeeze out the amount you want.

unfortunately this face wash is pretty much just charcoal colored water. that is so liquidy that it just comes flowing out of the bottle without even having to squeeze it and goes right through your fingers before you can even get it on your face. it does smell good but it seems like you paid for mostly water with this

this is by far the worst face soap i have ever used. way too loose, it just pours out and makes a mess. it smells awful
