This product is scented with essential oils ... mainly peppermint/eucalyptus. I really love this product because of I t's effectiveness in softening the beard, it's appealing smell, and it's cool packaging. The instructions say to leave it in for a few minutes, similar to hair conditioner, and it can’t be any simpler than that. Very refreshing and wakes me up to start my day!

This stuff has a way of leaving thick course hair follicles way softer than typical hair conditioners can. Work it in and let it sit in your beard for a few minutes to really penetrate and when you rinse it out you'll be surprised at how silky smooth it'll leave it. You can even use it for the hair on your head, or elsewhere, if you need to as it works well as a generally powerful deep conditioner. Just keep in mind the price and the size of the bottle if you do so.

I've been trying to get my husband to try beird oil or conditioner for years. Finally, i picked him out this based on a recommendation from a co-worker. He's completely impressed and regrets not trying it sooner. He loves the smoother texture and softness it provides. Plus, he swears it's growing faster now, too.

My husband has been using this for a little while now and it has helped soften his beard. He has told me that he does have to leave it on for a little bit since he does have thicker beard. I would recommend if you have a loved one who has a good beard to use this line and see if he approves as well. Great as a gift or as a stocking stuffer.

Bottle was half full and has a bad odor to it.

I ordered the new beard wash and was sent the old beard wash twice and gave up.

I've used tons of beard products in my time and this is easily one of my least favorites. Even with the shampoo and conditioner this leaves you with a very dry and crusty beard. I test all washes by skipping oil one day to see how the beard reacts. This is the only wash I've tested that left my beard in an unruly manner as well. This product is fairly expensive for the set ($24) and provides just a clean pretty much. Stick to the Duke Cannon beard wash at $8 a bottle and see much better results.

The bottle arrived with its tamper seal completely missing (all other products I've purchased from WW have had a tamper seal, and their was a residue of the missing seal on the bottle's rim). It was almost half empty, and the product reeked of an acrid, acidic odor. My beard felt no different after treating it with the conditioner (leaving it in for well over a minute) than had I simply washed it with another product that I won't name. I am incredibly disappointed with this purchase, at this price, and honestly I'm left wondering if this vendor is actually Wild Willies. If it indeed is, Wild Willies needs to invest in their quality control. This is unacceptable.

The protection seal was glued to the top of the cap of the bottle, which happens every single time i get the Wild Willie's beard conditioner. The liquid was also emptied about 1/3rd of the way, so i barely get any beard conditioner from the bottle. A full refund would be acceptable, and I shouldn't need to physically return it because I've done that a dozen times now with the same item that has the same issues every time.

CRAP COMPANY HIDES THE FACT FROM PLAIN VIEW THAT ITS MINT BASED! WHO WANTS TO SMELL MINT AND SMELL LIKE MINT ALL DAY? YUCK! CRAPPY SHADY COMPANY HIDES MINT ON BACK ONLY TO GET SALES. I REFUSE TO SUPPORT CRAP LIKE THIS. RETURNED AND NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! WASTE OF TIME.
