really fresh and tasty almonds! love that they're organic and unpasteurized, which gives them a natural flavor. the unsalted option is perfect for snacking or using in recipes. great quality, and the 8 oz bag is just the right size for a healthy snack.

Ordering Spanish or Indian almonds to avoid pasteurization has been a 50-50 success. It's nice to find a domestic company that can fly under the radar. I might add, I have been pleased with everything ordered from Wilderness Poets.

I soaked it for 8 hours,rinsed the water and soaked another 8 hours,rinsed again,easy to peel off the coating,then made almond milk,and talk about dreamy,oh,my,will never,ever buy Almond Milk again in a carton!! When, you strain it for almond milk,the pulp can be used for almond cheese,just add some oil and seasonings. I love it because it's unpasteurized,which is the healthiest kind of almonds you should eat,as I researched on it.

It is difficult to source unpasteurized almonds and I am delighted iHerb is carrying this high quality brand. The packaging was air tight and the nuts were fresh /flavorful. It is easy to incorporate these nutrient dense almonds into your diet. You can sprinkle them on oatmeal, granola, grain dishes, salads or just eat straight from the bag. Be sure to refrigerate to preserve the delicious taste.

I have yet to open this bag, as i have several other raw nuts open currently . I am confident that these raw organic almonds will he just as fresh & tasty as their delightful quality trail mixes😋👍🏻

These almonds are good. Not sure if the "unpasturized almonds" are different from those "raw almonds" we see more often. Compared to the raw California almonds fromt he same company, these almonds are flatter in shape and has a milder taste.

This is a really nice product. Organic, unpasteurized almonds are better for you, but almost impossible to buy. There are very few options. I like the quality most if all. That is more important than taste.

I like how they have an unpasteurized and organic almond option for purchase, but there was a very bitter almond (not sure if it's typical due to unpasteurization?) and tasted really really weird. Aside from that like how there is a raw unpasteurized product
