Buyer see FDA Guidelines on black licorice !!!
Real licorice Can be dangerous!! I love this was eating about 6 pieces two servings a day.. I didn't realize that real licorice has an acid that depletes potassium- I began becoming weak , high blood pressure, muscle spasms and nasty eye twitch… I had no idea that the fda warns against eating 2oz a day for two weeks could land you in the hospital! Not my words google it… luckily I randomly came across an article about licorice and have since backed off .. eye twitch has stopped and I'm eating more bananas etc.. but this could have caused irregular heart rhythms, even paramo %26 CArdiac arrest. Most normal people would not eat 6 pieces a day but just Please be aware this CANT be a daily snack . That said i obviously love this stuff ..

If you want expired licorice just order from Walma
I really didn't like that all three bags were expired since June 14, 2025. I bought these as gifts for my licorice loving friends and I was too embarrassed to give them expired licorice. Very unhappy with transaction.
