The BEST pump I've tried and the EASIEST to clean!! I have used 4 other pumps previously. Get the same output if not even better with the WillowGo. Have had ZERO issues with leaking, easy app control, very easy to assemble. The duckbill valve is large so very easy to wash. Minus the duckbill valve, you can actually assemble the whole pump without touching any areas that collect the milk so by far this is the easiest pump I've used in terms of keeping everything clean. Very very happy overall!
The Willow Go has been a total game-changer for my daily routine because it finally gives me my hands back without compromising on output. I love that it fits entirely inside my bra with no external tubes or wires, so I can actually move around the house or take a meeting without feeling like I'm tethered to a wall. Even though it's a wearable, the suction feels just as powerful as my traditional plug-in pump, and having the option for the 7 oz containers is a massive relief for my higher-supply days. The best part, though, is how much stress it takes out of the process; I can control everything through the app on my phone, and when I'm finished, the parts are so simple to clean and toss in the dishwasher. It's the first time pumping hasn't felt like a chore that stops my whole day in its tracks.
I surprised and bought a willow set for my sister who just became a momma and I had a great interaction when it came to switching my name (the buyer) to my sister, the owner. The directions were clear and easy. I was able to transfer the willow set and the insurance to her name. I appreciate the help, it was fast and straightforward.
When this item works, it's literally the best. But when you're on your third set in one month, it's clearly not the most reliable product if you use the product frequently. The power button of 4 of these pumps have all gone out on me, and the insurance claim stuff is not easy and I'd rather just order a new pump than go through the hassle of convincing an insurance company that it's not my fault the pump's power is out. I do hope they can resolve this constant issue, because like I said… when they do work, they are the BEST :)
Overall the Go's ability to pump is very high. The pump does require a lot of parts to clean and assemble each use. The catch containers are terribly leaky and you cannot bend forward and pick things up off the floor while pumping. The whole system is a little bit cumbersome to be marketed as an easy pump and go system.
One pump of 2 works well. I ask for a replacement for the second. Customer support has been good about providing the replacement in a timely fashion. However, two replacements later, I am severely disappointed with the quality of the battery pump: only one of four seem to work well. I would've given a two star rating if it weren't the promptness of customer support. I have it now requested a third replacement and sadly have lost faith in the product. They are refusing to provide me a refund and now I will have to go buy from another brand as well.
This review has everything to do with customer service! I ordered the Willow go directly off the website & did not realize until I got it that I had only ordered one pump. I tried to return the pump and they refused my return. No other options, just a refusal. I think this is poor customer service. I will not be recommending this company.
Worst pump. This is one of the few pumps my body responds too but it is the worst pump I've ever owned. I've spent thousands on replacement pumps and parts in the last year. Pump parts need to be replaced monthly. Pumps need to be charged frequently. Make sure you have a backup pump because these will die. Be prepared to smack your pump frequently through the day when they stop suctioning randomly. Be prepared for a drop in supply because you didn't realize the suctioning stopped working but now your break is over and you can't pump again and you have to go back to work. Absolutely hate this pump.
I cannot even begin to say how absolutely disappointed I am with this product. I used chat GPT to find me the best hands free pump that had the strongest suction. It told me the willow Go was known for the suction. This is my second time purchasing a willow, the first time was 5 + years ago with my first child and again, the suction was awful and would leak. I figured it had been enough since, so i tried the product again (my fault). Anyways, it is awful. I wanted to love it and i planned on using it for work but it's just terrible. Super bummed and they do not accept returns of any kind if it has been opened or used but how are you supposed to know if it works if you don't open and use it. Really frustrating
The willow has been exceedingly frustrating to work. I infrequently fail to get the pump to actually suction my breasts despite ensuring I have correct flange size. The pump intermittently successfully yields milk. It's not reliable for a working mom or mom in the go…
