These are fantastic irons. They are definitely players clubs but significantly easier to hit than you would expect from a club that looks this good. They are very forgiving across the entire face and the spin retention is very impressive. All in all they are probably one of the best values you can get nowadays.
I always played Titleist irons. Bought a Wilson Staff CB 6 iron with the TT Dynamic Gold 115 gram shaft. Hit it great. Dispersion left and right was the same as the Titleist, but the Wilson Staff CB was consistently pin high. It also felt like I was compressing the ball much better. Got to be the shaft, so I bought a Titleist T350 4 iron, I didn't have, with the same 115 gram shaft. I alternated hitting 6 balls with each club several times. It wasn't the shaft. It was the club itself. I ordered the rest of the set promptly and expect to turn a couple of those bogeys into pars every round. 66 years old, 7 handicap.
Just picked these up a month ago. Had a set of the previous version I regretted selling. Had Titleist T150's and Mizuno 243 prior to coming back to these. I love these irons!! Stock shaft is great! Wilson specs are spot on for me. These will be with me for a while. Thanks Wilson!
I purchased these about a month ago, and I couldn't be happier. I can't even describe how good these things feel! Turf interaction, sound, flight, spin, and consistency is world class. I've gamed Mizuno 223, Titleist t150, Srixon zx7, and finally settled on these. @wilson thank you!
Did not think I had the right handicap to play these. Pick up off the fairway is amazing and clean. Great sound and feedback. Absolutely amazing. Only complaint is Wilson's inability to provide direct ordering options for Canadian customers. Whether that means delivery to Canadian addresses or the ability for Canadians with US addresses to use credit cards with Canadian addresses. That policy is dated. PLEASE move with the times and make at least one, or ideally both, of these options available.
Had the older CBs, these went straight in the bag. I didn't think you could improve on last gen CBs but somehow, not only the amazing looks, but with toe weighting and slightly larger size, these are fire. I literally improved my approach play first round I used these, hitting 12 of 18 GIR. Very impressed
I was playing well with my D9 Forged irons but tried these out at a demo / fitting and was sold immediately. The feel, control and looks are as good if not better than anything on the market. So good! 5 hcp
All the words I would use here can't compare the quality, beauty and performance of these clubs. Butter feel when hitting the ball and the distance is unbelieveble.
Best cbs of the year. Very underrated and get compliments on the iron look all the time
I am never disappointed in Wilson irons launches. But this is amazing. It's artwork you can play with.. Great job.
