Bought our grandsons a basketball hoop for Christmas, in addition we purchased the basketball and a pump. The boys are happy and play with it daily. Great price.
This basketball is really great for outdoor play. It's got good grip and the roundness is true. All basketballs will eventually become worn playing on concrete, but this one lasts a pretty long time. Also, it seems to stay properly inflated for a good while.
This ball is not the best or the worst. It does ok. It does come pumped up good 👍 if you want something good to get by with that doesn’t cost a lot this will work.
This basketball is a strong, practical choice for our Day Program—and it delivers exactly what we need. The Wilson NBA DRV Outdoor Basketball is durable, easy to grip, and holds up well to repeated daily use across different skill levels. From a programming standpoint, this ball checks multiple boxes. It supports physical activity and mobility, encourages hand–eye coordination, and naturally promotes social interaction through group play and turn-taking. We’ve also found it effective for adaptive goals such as reach-and-pull movements, upper-body engagement, and bilateral coordination. The size 7 (29.5”) regulation feel gives participants an authentic experience, while the textured surface improves control for individuals who need additional tactile feedback. It’s versatile enough for structured activities, free play, and modified exercises, making it a solid return on investment for therapeutic and recreational use.
Ordered this for a prop at a birthday party. ball came in a secure package, was fully inflated and a good size for the prize. Visually looks great! Loved that it was more of an orange color than a dark brown, since will be using for guest signatures.
If you have any individual who plays basketball in your home this is a must have. We tend to pick these up as needed and never have any issues. It is the standard size so you won’t have any issues using indoor or outdoor. This is a good to when deciding on purchasing a new ball.
My husband and great nephew grabbed this new basketball after realizing their flat one wasn't providing enough fun anymore. We drove back home to grab it, cut open the packaging, and got right back to the park. A few other children joined in to shoot hoops, and everyone seemed to enjoy playing.
Was expecting something a bit different, a more brownish ball. Was disappointed to see it was closer to a bright orange which gives off the feel of a little kids ball. It has decent grip and good bounce, but the color and texture are not really what I was expecting. It does the job for a standard outside ball.
2 days afyer christmas and half of my.order isnt here. My 8 year old daughter is still waitng for her bike. Dont say it will ne her on time, then deliever half of the order, and say, "sorry your order is late". 9 days and counting late!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I could understand a few, but it still isnt here!!!!
This was delivered with very little air. I don't own a air pump and this have a hole in it. After trying to return via FedEx pickup I was directed to call an 800 number. The customer service rep was of no help and wouldn't transfer me to a supervisor. I wanted a new one sent but was told I'd have to reorder. I'M SO MAD.
