These tennis balls worked great for the feet of the walker. They are durable and seem like they are holding up fine to constant scraping on cement sidewalks. So, I don't know how a dog might feel about them or how they might perform for hard courts, but if you are looking to keep your walker from scratching the floor everywhere you go, it might be a good idea to pickup a couple of these tennis balls.
These tennis balls were great for my temporary walker I used after my hip replacement. I borrowed the walker from the VFW but the blue tennis balls that were on it were not useable. I replaced them with these and they were perfect for my walker use. I cut cross slits in the top to put the front "legs" of the walker in and they were exactly what I needed. The price was right, as always, with Walmart.
I bought these for my mom's walker, it works aight! Need replacement pretty often but cheaper than buying the ones specifically for that purpose that are about $8 more w/tax.
Don't laugh, bought these for my labradors and they love them! Seriously, normal doggie tennis size balls pop easily and don't last. These balls are a better value - they hold up to lots of mouthing, tossing, and retrieving. I save money and make the dogs happy. They don't squeak either (thank goodness). Highly recommend.
These balls are as described. 3 tennis balls that are ready to be used in a tennis match or for fun with the dog. They are very bouncy and I feel like they hold their bounce longer than other brands. They are “all court” balls which means they can be used on hard court surfaces and clay courts.
Aside from using the product to play tennis, I needed them to protect my wood floors from my mothers walker. All you do is slit ball and slide walker legs into the balls. Easy peasy! Protects from scratches and scraps!
Wilson tennis balls are have a great bounce even after several sets. They are quite durable and last even after the fuzz has worn off. They put Penn to shame!
Got these for my feet but they do the trick! My dog took one for himself to play with. Win- win!
I bought this at a physical store to see if this product holds up to its brand. Well, no different from the generic brand of tennis balls, like Athletic works. I'm just basically paying for the brand. The tennis balls inside looks and feels like any other regular tennis balls, with a slight felt addition to the ball. The bounce test on a concrete slab is about 3.5'. The regular indoor court about 4.0. Indoor wood flooring %26 tile is about 3.00 '. The ball feels hard when squeeze tight with your hand. Squeeze test will vary depending on the strength of the person. The bounce test will perform accordingly if the tennis balls is kept indoor at a room temp. If the ball is outside expose to the cold, the bounce test will significantly affect it, which goes the same when you are practicing both indoor and outdoor. The Athletic works on the other hand feels differently. feels like a regular tennis ball, with about the same bounce in both, indoor, and outdoor court. Indoor tile/wood flooring is about 3'. Ball hardness is about the same. Color is about the same. However, in both tennis balls tested, my canine family member, absolutely went nuts with this tennis balls. Over-all value. The Wilson tennis balls is I say "so, so", you are just paying for the brand. It's always better to go with the generic brand, if you are just practicing, which goes the same for the Wilson. For real tournament game, well, it's up to the tennis tournament to designate a ball. Would I recommend this, "ah, yap!"...if you want to pay more money for it. for the generic, absolutely. What about those use bulk tennis balls. well, you don't know where those tennis balls came from, or whether those use tennis balls have been thoroughly clean, those balls could have been played with dogs and just recycled. I would stick to a brand-new tennis balls. Use tennis balls from a tennis court facility, yes absolute, if they are willing to part with those balls to give to you, but if you are practicing at their facilities. Some location just gives them away if they have too much of it. This is my field experience. Your experience may be different. Stick to your brand if you are willing to pay more, your choice.
The whole shopping experience was ruined by the stupid Chatbot Walmart has! I inquired before ordering as the product images don't show the number on the balls and specifically asked the stupid chatbot if they were %233 and it answered YES! I received numbers 1, 2 and 4 numbered balls. They (Walmart) needs to end this stupid AI push. It is frustrating and highly impersonal to communicate with a chatbot. You (Walmart) may think it is saving you money, but all it does is alienate your human customers. If you so hate humans...get out of business of dealing with people and just get ROBOT customers. Good luck with that! Stuck with wrong numbered balls!!!!!
