Love the triniti balls

Peggy December 17, 2024

Great price and these balls are awesome. Can use them easily 6-8 times and didn't lose any bounce or pop!!

Excellent

Rob June 21, 2021

My new go-to. These play like premium balls (Pro Penn, Wilson USOpen, etc.), not like the cheaper balls you see in superstores, drug stores, etc., plus they last much longer. Can't speak to dog use.

Great for coaching, ball machines and playing.

Hags January 27, 2020

These keep good feel for so much longer than other balls it more than makes up for the extra expense. I coach tennis and have cycled through all my old balls and are using these exclusively now. I am actually spending a little less on balls now because I replace them less often. I think they are excellent practice balls and would be perfect for ball machines as well.

You Must Get This Ball!

Baseline October 31, 2019

I highly recommend this ball! The Triniti great for rallying because it's lighter and it bounces high. It's very durable, I've been playing with the same can for about a week of heavy, high intense playing and it is still playing amazing! I've compared the Triniti ball to the Wilson US Open and they play practically the same, except the Triniti is lighter and gives a higher bounce, as well as lasting much longer. Otherwise, in match play and practice, they are basically the same except one is eco-friendly!

New ball same great brand

tenniswithgary September 11, 2019

I got a chance to play test the new Triniti balls and Wilson did not disappoint. The balls lasted as long as the US Open championship balls and maintained playability, dare I say, longer? In all honesty this new ball is incredible. I wonder how long it will take to get tournaments, clubs, and teaching pros to use these worldwide. I felt that the bounce of these balls was great. The felt lasted well even with me using really “biting” string. I'm impressed and even sent out a can to a fellow coach to simply spread the word about it.

Should be the go-to ball

JimmyJeff June 19, 2020

Tried these b/c I'm sick of plowing through a can or two per session. Try to reuse them, but they just don't last. It's expensive and environmentally appalling. So thought I'd try the Trinity ball, and hoped the trade-off wouldn't be too bad. But they're actually great! They start off a little odd (5 minutes or so) and they sound a little different. But they better and play better than the USOpen XD (and we played a can of each to test). So here's hoping they last more than 6 hits, like I've been told. If so, I'll give them 5 stars.

Careful

clutchguy September 16, 2024

Be careful with this. While it bounces well, once the felt wears out, it tends to hurt the hand. Both my partner and I ended up with minor injuries.

Wanted to love them, but harsh on joints/elbows

HamsterHuey November 28, 2023

I really wanted to love these balls because I am all for environmental sustainability and I didn't want to have to toss my tennis balls out after a few weeks. I ordered a while bunch of these after hitting a couple of these balls by myself for a few minutes. At first glance, they seemed great, with similar bounce to regular tennis balls. Unfortunately though, after a friend and I played a practice set with these balls, we both realized that we were feeling some strain and tension in our elbows, something that has never happened before. When researching these balls, I'd noticed a subset of people complaining about the same issue - that these balls are much harsher and cause more strain on elbows and joints. I was hoping they were in the minority and that this wouldn't be a larger issue, but the moment we switched to a new can of Wilson Championship XD balls, the difference was night and day in terms of the feel of the ball making impact with the strings. We played another 2 sets after and all the tension in our elbows went away. I am very disappointed about the outcome as I really wanted these balls to be "the one". Unfortunately, it looks like I will have to resort to sticking with regular tennis balls for now.

I wanted to LOVE these..

NHBridge December 25, 2019

When I saw and for these I was elated. As a player and coach I burn through many cans of balls and have always looked better recycling options. When Wilson started the Recycle Ball Program that helped immensely- we've recycled 10,000 balls so far! Unfortunately, there is still so much plastic waste generated and the cans are not easily recycled. I have to cut off the aluminum rim before our recycle center will accept them. So when I saw the Instagram ad for Triniti I quickly ordered a case. When they arrived we were so excited, they look and feel exactly like regular balls and have the coolest cardboard packaging! Then we started to rally. They felt a bit "heavy" but we thought they might just need a bit of break in time. Well, the longer we hit with them the more we could feel the heaviness, my shoulder even started to hurt from the force of my husband's 4.5 game. I also couldn't help but wonder what it would feel like to be pegged by one during a doubles match. Yikes! Don't get me wrong, I was t to LOVE these but they are no way for high level play and I worry that many club players may fear injury. Now most of the case I purchased is just sitting there waiting for use. I'm thinking maybe they could be used in the clubs ball machine but I haven't tried it out yet. My other choice could be a great game of fetch maybe? Ultimately they will not serve the purpose I was hoping. Nice try Wilson! I only wish I ordered one can before getting a whole case.
