Wilton Cake Paint Set, 5-Piece Metallic Set (Gold, Silver, Copper, Red & Green)

I have been watching baking tv shows recently with my grand daughter and liked the use of the edible metallic cake paint set. It shows that you can add a little glitz to your decorating and still be edible. It is particular fitting with all of the sequin flash being used today on many items. I have found that it is great for school emblems, service projects (military) and highlighting dates and names.

I have not used it yet. I will be using it next week. I'm certain it will be 5 stars everything Wilton makes is excellent

I bought this off the shelf at my local store when my online order for another brand wasn't going to make in time to finish a cake I needed to deliver. I was a little .. ( or a lot) worried that the small jar wouldn't be enough for what I needed to do, and that the gold just wouldn't be “ gold” enough. I was pleasantly surprised. I finished a 10” drip cake (2 coats) with some to spare. The coverage was great, and it painted on beautifully with Wilton brushes. I LOVE, LOVE this product, and can't wait to try the other colors in this collection.

They are great for the kind of work I do They do seem to separate easily on the metallic ones and have to constantly shake them up to keep the consistency

Was please with the product, works will for the gold on the wedding cake. Very happy the product was shipped in a quickly for me to have it on time for the wedding. I will say that I have a bottle of gold that had been open and was too dry to used. I think it was about six months old.

I like the finish and consistency of this product, and would love for it to be available in a larger quantity.

Provides a little shimmer but the colors are not true. The red looks pink. Also requires a lot of stirring.

Since you didn't even ship it until days after I needed to use it, can't judge the product itself. It took almost 4 weeks to get here; your headquarters are a two hour drive from my house.

Oh no! The smell is awful and it tastes soooo bad like a chemical i would never want to eat a cookie with that taste and yes its a strong test definately noticable!
