Wilton Candy Melting Pot in Purple with Temperature Control

I previously had the brown pot with the metal pot inside and the handle finally broke. I did not want the white pot, so I was glad to see the purple option. I like the silicone insert much better than the metal. It's easier to clean because once any leftover chocolate is hardened, you can just squeeze the insert and the chocolate breaks off easily. It also seems to melt more evenly and faster. The divided silicone insert is a definite plus, too.

It's a little pricey, but worth it. It melts chocolate flawlessly and keeps it the perfect consistency from the first item dipped to the last. In the long run, the cost will be offset by the lack of wasted chocolate using other melting methods. The silicone liner is also a breeze to clean. Highly recommend.

It is very easy to use just amazing. I've always had issues making cake pops. This thing takes all the frustration out of the whole process and we were able to enopy as a family assembly line 🤣 Anyway it melts quickly and stays at the consistency its suppose to at right temperature. If chocolate melts become unsmooth, add some vegi oil,but very little. Cleaning this thing is a beeeze you stick it in the fridge when your done. The chocolate hardens and u pop out of the silicone. The Ease of use is like no other cooking tool I've ever used. Great Product!

does an awesome job melting the chocolate and the second setting does an amazing job keeping the chocolate melted with out burning it or over heating it. my chocolates come out smooth and shiny every time.

I bought this candy melter for my nephew for Christmas and he loved it. The day after Christmas, he melted chocolate and dipped in bananas, strawberries and I think the other thing was pretzels.

This item is great , it warms up fast and the clean up is super easy. Cut your chocolate into small pieces and the chocolate melts faster. I am very happy with this purchase

This melting pot makes my holiday treat making a snap! Ten times better than microwaving Wilton candies. No guessing involved, just put the candy in it and walk away! There is also one with a divided pot so you can do two colors at once, but this one is very nice for making your simpler treats. I'm doing pretzels with it next! If you buy this pot you won't regret it!

I bought this thinking it would make keeping my chocolate melted for making dipped candies easier. It melted the chocolate well, but it gets too hot even on the low setting to keep it at the appropriate temperature. I had to keep turning it off and on every few minutes, otherwise my chocolate would lose its temper.

This was delivered to the wrong address. It was delivered to a bakery, we are NOT a bakery. The picture shows a delivery door on 2nd Ave. We are on Main Street. Walmart will NOT replace or refund. The address it went to said they did not get it, even though we recognize the delivery area. Walmart will not make things right. Michaels will ship to the correct address as will Hobby Lobby.
