Makes a great Baby Blue! Luckily, I had read a review before buying that stated to use a tooth pick or something small to add the coloring a little at a time. Let me tell you a very little goes a long way!!! It did a great job in icing, cream cheese dip, and cake mix

The color is very specific and reliably consistent from jar to jar, year after year. Anyone could blend their own version of a similiar blue with less jars to store; but, for the nominal price I prefer having it premixed. Certainly it's much easier to duplicate colors for flowers that were successful.

It works great! And looks super blue. The more you add the darker it gets!

This food coloring takes a very small amount. Be careful not to overdo it. Color came out perfect for some dusty blue mints for a reception.

Wilton gel food colors are the best. They are my favorite because they do not water down the icing or fondant. Beautiful and vivid colors.

I used this color in my buttercream for some cakes and absolute loved it. Great that it's a gel so not to water down the frosting
